Liver with banana leaves
Ingredients:
- 1 Meat shank
- 1/2 cup steak sauce
- 1/2 cup warshestershyer sauce
- 2 tbsp garlic
- 1/2 cup mustard
- Salt / black pepper (as desired)
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/2 butter
- 1 tsp mixed spices
- 1 Foil paper
- 1 mash potato
- 1 Rosemary herbs
The Method:
- Boil the meat shank until cook then fry it and keep it aside.
- Mix garlic, steak sauce, salt, pepper and butter
- Apply the shank in oven tray then add the sauce with rosemary cover it
with foil and bake it for 1 hour at 180o then Serve it with mash potato
